Tai Tai's Corner

This is the staff. Everything I do is for them. My biggest goal while in China is to give the Chinese people around me skills and knowledge. They can be better employees when I do not live here anymore.

I'm against giving money just because - they have to earn it while learning how to be better people. I know they have learned languages, cooking, customer services,cleaning and shopping skills.   What I like the most is that they all have good hearts.

I provide an enviroment where they learn to care about each other. People that have visited the shop have told me that they are very caring without being annoying or nosy and I am proud to hear that.

Now, we have a new addition Bob - he is really nice but he does not speak English. He is trying to learn. He bought himself an electronic dictionary and I have seen his notebooks with his English lessons.  So please be a teacher having "patience" with all of them.

They are trained to be respectful, service - oriented, and to provide a happy experience while in Tai Tai's Corner.

Our Business

Tai Tai's Corner is a great place to find many things under one roof.

We favor Chinese/Asian style with a Western flavor to it!

Who We Are

Lia Callery.- That will be ME! the one with the dream. I decorate, teach classes, select the items for sale, the one who works on the newsletter, and the one who fights with the suppliers for you to have a good price and selection of things for your shopping to be a pleasent experience.

Sol.- She is my right hand. Sol can speak a bit of English and Spanish and she is very willing to help you with anything you need.

Bob.- He is our newer staff member.

Ana.-Speaks English and she is there during the weekends

Luis.- He helps me with shopping, delivering, picking stuff up from suppliers and he drives me wherever I need to go in the city for shopping.

and John, my husband who has supported me, my dream and our staff all the way.
